Oktoberfest

We hit the Oktoberfest Saturday and were not impressed. All the food and drinks were over priced, but the Kinderplatz had a bunch of inflatables for the kids to play in. Rachael climbed to the top of this 30 rocket and slid donw all by herself.

Slane and I rode up to the library last night to see Uncle Tim’s exhibit for the German Village Art League.

Slane was a real trooper! I knew the exhibit was on the second floor so he climbed all the steps to the second floor in the wrong part of the building! Once we found out where the exhibit actually was he walked all the way down and back up again. Then once more so dad could get a book on CD.

I can’t believe he held still, smiled when I wanted him to AND looked at the camera!

Rach helps dad make apple crisp. House smells great.
